Middle Blocker

Middle Blocker The fastest position on the court, and the least forgiving. Middle Blockers close quick sets, read the offense in real time, and own the net on both sides of the ball. One step late and the point’s gone. Timing isn’t a skill you develop once. It’s every single rally.

Libero

Libero No swings, no glory — just work. The Libero owns the backcourt, taking the hardest serves and the fastest attacks and turning them into playable balls. You don’t get highlight reels, you get rallies that don’t fall apart. Reliability isn’t optional. It’s the role.

Opposite Hitter

Opposite Hitter You’re the release valve when the Outside can’t get it done. Opposites attack from the right side, carry serve-receive-free lineups, and match up against the other team’s best hitters on the block. Power and pressure, on repeat. Backup isn’t in the vocabulary.

Setter

Setter Every offense runs through your hands. The Setter decides who scores, when, and how — reading the block before it forms and putting hitters in positions to win. You touch nearly every ball on your side, and every ball counts. Vision isn’t a bonus. It’s the whole job.

Outside Hitter

Outside Hitter When the play breaks down, the ball finds you. Outside Hitters carry the offense — first option in system, first option out of it. You attack from the weak side, cover the most rotations, and take more swings than anyone else on the court. Consistency isn’t optional. It’s the job.
